Spray paint on 6' x 6' canvases with site-specific installation
Conceived as an immersive environmental experience at 941 Gallery (White Walls Shooting Gallery). This installation prioritized spatial experience over commercial concerns, featuring six-foot square canvases with bold, super-saturated primary colors illuminated in an otherwise darkened auto body shop space.
The gallery environment was transformed with matte black walls and floors intersected by high-gloss black caution-line patterns that connected walls and floor surfaces. This exhibition succeeded in bringing diverse audiences together across age, genre and neighborhood demographics, creating a memorable collective experience frequently referenced years later.
